Single mattresses are roughly 38 “x 75”, full size mattresses are 53”x 80”, queen sized mattresses are 60”x 84”, and king size are 76 x 80”. These figures vary slightly between companies and regions. Always double check to ensure that you select one with the dimensions you need.

These beds have dimensions that are comparable to traditional beds and mattresses. When fully inflated, most will stand at least 25 inches off of the floor. Nonetheless, you should always check the dimensions of any air bed you are purchasing to ensure that it is the size that you need. Beds come in a variety of sizes and raised air beds are no exception.
